When making a purchase through e-trend.nl, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. This period starts on the day after you receive your order. This time frame allows you to review the product and decide whether you want to keep or return the order.
Within the cooling-off period, buyers have the right to cancel the purchase without stating a reason, provided that our return conditions outlined below are met.
Unfortunately, business customers cannot utilize the right of withdrawal.
Return requests must be communicated to us within the 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your order. To do so, please follow the return process described below.
During the cooling-off period, handle the product and its packaging with care. Only unpack or use the product as far as necessary to determine if you wish to keep it.
Extra add-ons or options are not eligible for return. Associated costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
The purchase amount, including shipping costs (initial order), will be refunded by e-trend Computers & IT.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns can only be processed after prior approval from e-trend Computers & IT.
When returning your purchase, clearly state the return number on the shipping documents. Returns without a valid and clearly indicated return number will not be accepted.
The risk and proof of shipment lie with the buyer. The buyer is responsible for all products being returned.
Products must be returned to e-trend in their original condition and packaging, complete with all included accessories (such as cables, packaging materials, etc.).
e-trend reserves the right to charge for products or accessories that have been damaged due to use.
It is not possible to exchange a product for another through the return process. For exchanges, you can place a new order on e-trend.nl.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
Return Process / [Submit Return]
Initiate your return request through our RMA procedure within 14 days of receiving your order.
Upon receiving a return request, we will review it.
After approval, return the product along with all included accessories in its original and undamaged packaging. Incomplete, damaged, or marked shipments cannot be accepted.
We DO NOT provide return labels. The customer sends the package back with the order number indicated to our address: Kanaalstraat 223, 3531 CH Utrecht.
Keep the shipping receipt received from the carrier until you receive confirmation that we have received your return, in order to provide proof that you returned the order.
Upon receiving the return shipment, we will send you a confirmation email.
If the products are received in good condition, you will receive the refund within 14 days from the moment you indicated the intention to return.
Refunds are processed to the bank account (for payments via iDeal) used for the original order payment, to prevent potential fraud with refunds.
