If you make a purchase through e-refurb.com, you will receive a cooling-off period of 14 days. The cooling-off period starts on the day after receipt of your order. This period gives you the opportunity to view the product and the time to think about whether you want to keep or return the order.
Within the cooling-off period, you as a buyer have the right to dissolve the purchase without giving any reason, provided that our return conditions are met that are described below.
Unfortunately, business customers cannot make use of the right of withdrawal.
Return requests must be reported to us within the cooling-off period of 14 days after receipt of your order. For this, the return process described below must be followed.
During the cooling-off period, you must handle the product and the packaging with care. You will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product.
Additional options taken fall outside the scope of the return. The related costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

The shipping costs of the return shipment are for the account of the buyer.
Returns can only take place after prior approval by e-Refurb.
When returning your purchase, you must clearly state the return number on the shipping documents. Returns without a valid and clearly stated return number will not be accepted.
The risk and proof of shipment rest with the buyer. The buyer bears all responsibility for the products that are returned.
Products must be returned complete with all accessories supplied (such as cables, packaging materials, etc.) in the original condition and packaging to e-Refurb
e-Refurb reserves the right to charge costs if a product or accessories are damaged by use.
It is not possible to exchange a product for another product via the return process. For this you can place a new order on e-refurb.com
Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

Please register your return request with us via our RMA procedure within 14 days of receiving your order.
After receiving a return request, it will be assessed by us.
Upon receipt of the approval, return the product complete with all delivered accessories in the original and undamaged packaging. If the shipment is incomplete, damaged or described, we cannot accept it.
Keep the shipping receipt you receive from the carrier until you have received your message that we have received your return so that you can prove that you have indeed returned the order.
When we have received the return shipment, we will send you a confirmation email.
If the products have been received in good order, you will receive the refund within 14 days. Entered from the moment you have indicated that you want to return!
